Our wedding venue
Our partially enclosed wedding venue is situated within an easy walk from the Oakhurst chapel. The venue can accommodate up to 50 guests comfortably within our venue, still with space for a spacious dance floor, or up to 100-120pax if a stretch tent is added onto the venue, which drastically increases the venue space. Our special venue is built on a 11m x 14m screeded floor, with two and a half enclosed sides. There is a central bar area for your use, with a fridge/ freezer, shelving for drink display and a small sink. Our newly built caterers kitchen is equipped with a fridge, washing up area, two dishwashers, gas stove and oven, large prep space and a liquor lockup. The venue has 220v electrical power, lighting and unlimited WiFi.
Seating capacity
We provide 12 x wooden trestle dining tables and benches at the venue.
Each table seats up to 6 guests comfortably.
Additional seating
Should you require additional space for more than 50 guests. A stretch-tent and additional tables would need to be hired and brought in to the venue.

Cutlery and crockery
We provide cutlery, crockery and glassware for up 50 guests. For a wedding over 50 guests, the balance required will need to be hired in at your own cost.
Bathroom facilities
Bathrooms with loo's and a wash basin are set a short walk from the venue and available
for guest use.

Your guests can join you for the entire wedding weekend, and relax in country comfort as they take in all the delights of Oakhurst farm, our local village and the immediate surrounds with its blissful beach and bush, and forest and fynbos locales.
Our wedding on Oakhurst Farm surpassed what we had envisioned for our day. We had the ceremony in the beautiful church, which was built in the early 1800s. The raw beauty of the farm’s landscape made the outdoor setting perfect for the reception. What we loved most was creating a relaxed, homey space between the trees. We are forever grateful towards you for helping make our wedding the most magical weekend. thank you!

The graceful All Saints Church on the beautiful Oakhurst Farm was the location of our wedding. The magnificent Outeniqua Mountains act as the perfect background to the church, which is set partway along a striking avenue of trees in a rural idyll of long green grass, happy cows, dams, hay bales and horses. The Oakhurst staff were professional, helpful and cheerful and were a large part of the success of the wedding weekend.
